Not so many years ago it was door hangers, direct mailers, cold calling and, oh yeah, I should get a website too. Many of you got your websites but after several years now, realized that there is more to having successful website than choosing a template, picking colors, inserting text and so on. Within the past couple of years, there has been an eye opening as to how many people are actually looking for homes on the Internet. Can you believe it…almost 80% of home buyers searched at some point for properties on the Internetwith 61% of those people actually had the property shown to them.
